The DIN-Rail mount is designed to enable the installation of LANmark-7 GG45 Toolless Snap-in data connectors in industrial cabinets fitted with a 35mm DIN-Rail. Several DIN-Rail mounts can be joined together to form a row. The LANmark-7 GG45 data connector is part of the Nexans modular system. It exceeds the requirements of the ISO/IEC 11801:2002 and draft ISO/IEC 24702.

LANmark-7 GG45M is a standardised High Speed ‘2 in 1’ Snap-In Connector which contains a full Cat 6 (RJ45) Interface as well as a full Cat 7 Interface, using additional contacts for the 1000 MHz transmission.LANmark-7 offers uniquely backwards compatible services realised through an incorporated switch, which activates a maximum of 8 out of 12 contacts. For 100/250 MHz transmission performance, the upper 8 RJ45 contacts are used, for 1000 MHz the 8 contacts in the extreme corners are used.

It enable a secure and vibration proofed mount of up to 24 LANmark snap-in connectors. The panel can be slided out for an easy termination of the connectors and easy add-ons and/or maintenance.Critical part such as the fastening mechanism for the connectors and the Clip-on mechanism for grounding and strain relief are made of stainless steel. The body of the panel is made of high gauge Stainless steel too.
